Fruit Salsa and Cinnamon Chips

This recipe is great for anytime . It's ready in 45 minutes , 10 minutes for cook and 15 minutes preparation .   Servings 10   Ingredients: 2 kiwis, peeled and diced     2 Golden Delicious apples - peeled, cored and diced     8 ounces raspberries     1 pound strawberries     2 tablespoons white sugar     1 tablespoon brown sugar     3 tablespoons fruit preserves, any flavor         10 (10 inch) flour tortillas     butter flavored cooking spray     2 tablespoons cinnamon sugar   Directions: In a large bowl, thoroughly mix kiwis, Golden Delicious apples, raspberries, strawberries, white sugar, brown sugar and fruit preserves. Cover and chill in the refrigerator at least 15 minutes.     Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).     Coat one side of each flour tortilla with butter flavored cooking spray. Cut into wedges and arrange in a single layer on a large baking sheet. Sprinkle wedges with desired amount of cinnamon sugar. Spray again with cooking spray.

Creamy Peanut Butter Brownies

Ingredients 1 box brownies 1/2 cup salted peanuts, chopped 1 cup peanut butter cups, chopped 1 1/2 cup milk chocolate chips 1 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter 1/2 tablespoon shortening or unsalted butter 1/2 teaspoon vanilla 1 1/2 cups Rice Krispie Cereal Instructions Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish and set aside. 1. Mix your batch of brownies according to package directions and bake for 23 minutes. Remove from the oven and top with peanut butter cups and peanuts. Return to the oven and bake for another 5 minutes. 2. While the brownies finish baking, combine the milk chocolate chips, peanut butter, and shortening. Melt in the microwave until creamy. Stir in the vanilla and combine. Next, add cereal and mix well. 3. Once the brownies are done baking, remove from the oven and pour the cereal mixture on top. Spread into an even layer and let cool. Peanut Butter Brownie Ice Cream Sandwiches Yield:   8 servings   Prep Time:   4 hours (includes freezing)   Cook Time:   30 min Ingredients: 10 tablespoons (1 1/4 sticks) unsalted butter 1 1/4 cups sugar 3/4 cup plus 2 Tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder (natural or Dutch-process) 1/4 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 2 large eggs, cold 1/2 cup all-purpose flour 1 pint vanilla ice cream 1/2 cup smooth or chunky peanut butter (optional) Special equipment:  Two square 8-inch metal baking pans Directions: Preheat the oven to 325°F and line the pans with parchment paper leaving an overhang on two sides of each pan. Combine the butter, sugar, cocoa powder and salt in a heatproof bowl or saucepot. Set the bowl atop a saucepot of simmering water to create a double-boiler.
