Even if you don’t have kids, I remember the fall being the time when I got back into a cooking routine rather than being as casual and impromptu as I am in the summer. Delicious French Onion Beef Sliders  Ingredients Makes 24 Meat 2 tbsp Beef base 2 lbs Ground beef Produce 1 tsp Garlic powder 1 tsp Onion powder 2 Sweet onions, large 1 tbsp Thyme, fresh Condiments 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce Baking & Spices 1 Kosher salt and black pepper 2 tbsp Sesame seeds Bread & Baked Goods 24 Slider buns Dairy 8 tbsp Butter 12 oz Gruyere cheese Instruction 1-Melt 2 tablespoons of the butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add in the onions and reduce the heat to medium low.  2-Cook, stirring occasionally, until lightly caramelized, about 25-30 minutes. If the onions start to look dry or burnt, add a tablespoon of water to the pan. 3-In a large bowl, mix the ground beef with half of the beef base and half of the Worcestershire sauce. Season with salt and pepper. 4-Add the beef to the skillet full of onions. Increase heat to medium-high and brown the beef, breaking it up and mixing with the onions as you go.
