Sprinkles Chocolate Popcorn
Ingredients

  • ½ cup un-popped corn kernels
  • ⅛ teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ½ cup chocolate chips, melted
  • 1 tablespoon sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Put olive oil, corn kernels and salt in a large pot, stir.
  2. Heat it on medium high heat, stirring for about a minute and then put a lid on it.
  3. Pop the kernels shaking the pot occasionally. Don’t remove the lid. It’s done in 2-3 minutes.
  4. Place them in a bowl.
  5. Line a tray with parchment paper.
  6. Transfer melted chocolate on parchment paper and toss in popcorn. Let them coated with chocolate.
  7. Toss sprinkles on them and serve in bowls.
