How to make Vanilla Butter Cookies ?

Ingredients :



  1. 1 cup softened butter
  2. 1 cup sugar
  3. 1 large egg
  4. 1 tablespoon pure vanilla extract
  5. 1/2 teaspoon almond extract (optional)
  6. 2 cups flour

Directions :

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Cream butter and sugar.

Add egg, vanilla, and almond extract, if using, and beat well.

Mix in flour.

Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto parchment-lined cookie sheet and bake 10-12 minutes.
