Ingredients
- ½ cup un-popped corn kernels
- ⅛ teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- ½ cup chocolate chips, melted
- 1 tablespoon sprinkles
Instructions
- Put olive oil, corn kernels and salt in a large pot, stir.
- Heat it on medium high heat, stirring for about a minute and then put a lid on it.
- Pop the kernels shaking the pot occasionally. Don’t remove the lid. It’s done in 2-3 minutes.
- Place them in a bowl.
- Line a tray with parchment paper.
- Transfer melted chocolate on parchment paper and toss in popcorn. Let them coated with chocolate.
- Toss sprinkles on them and serve in bowls.
