Ingredients :
1/3 cup white sugar2 tablespoons and 2 teaspoons packed brown sugar
2 tablespoons and 2 teaspoons corn syrup
2 tablespoons and 1-1/2 teaspoons evaporated milk
1/3 cup heavy whipping cream
2 tablespoons and 2 teaspoons butter
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
Direction :
- Grease a 12x15 inch pan.

In a medium-size pot, combine sugar, brown sugar, corn syrup, evaporated milk, whipping cream, and butter. Monitor the heat of the mixture with a candy thermometer while stirring. When the thermometer reaches 250 degrees F (120 degrees C) remove the pot from the heat.
